Returns and Refunds

North of the Yarra will gladly refund or exchange change of mind purchases within 7 days of the date of purchase.

Please retain your proof of purchase.

Items such as CD's, DVD's, access codes, online codes, USB memory sticks, calculators etc., must be in original unopened packaging for refund or exchange within our change of mind 7 day period. Our change of mind policy does not apply to emailed digital access codes. They are sold firm sale.

If change of mind purchases are returned within our 7 day time period and are not in their original sale condition, we may refund up to 70% of the purchase price.

Faulty calculators returned within their warranty period, with proof of purchase, will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
